Not to bury the lede/lead, but Theo came in January 2022, and it’s been a whirlwind year for Ruth and I ever since — we spent two months in France with him (and Roux!), first at ICA, then at IFALPES, a language school in Annecy, near the French Alps, where we learned beaucoup Français (though Ruth already speaks a fair bit of it, and very well!) and had some really wonderful adventures as a family, meeting some also wonderful new friends.
